Summer Connection

These delicious frozen blends will keep everyone refresh and slurping to the very last bit!

Fresh, fast and Fun with Cruzo!
All the recipes are provided by Electrolux, prepared with the Cruzo Blender.

Tropical Jingle
A refreshing smoothie that gives you a citrus punch and a mouthful of freezy feel!

Ingredients
• ¾ cup sliced ripe banana
• ½ cup chopped peeled ripe mango
• 2 cups whole strawberries, crown removed
• ¾ cup pineapple juice, chilled
• ½ cup orange juice, chilled
• ½ cup ice cubes

Preparation
1. Place banana and mango into freezer; freeze until firm (about 1 hour).
2. Remove from freezer; set aside for 10 minutes.
3. Add strawberries and juices into blender; blend until smooth.
4. With blender on, add banana, mango and ice cubes one at a time; blend until smooth and serve.

Al Cappuccino
Explore your taste buds and delight in this revitalizing aromatic smoothie.

Ingredients
• 2 shots espresso
• 150 ml milk
• 2 scoops of ice-cream
• Sugar syrup
• Ice cubes (for 2 glasses cappuccino)
• Cherry (for garnish)

Preparation
1. Put all the ice cubes into the blender.
2. Mix in 2 shots of espresso, sugar syrup and milk. Blend until smooth.
3. Add in the ice-cream before you turn the blender off.
4. Pour into 2 lovely novelty glasses.
5. Garnish it with cherry and serve.

Monroe’s Mix
A nutritious and refreshing drink that leave you feeling fabulous!

Ingredients
• 1 carrot
• 2 stalks celery
• 1/2 orange
• 1/2 apple
• 1/2 inch (1cm) ginger root
• Ice (as required)

Preparation
1. Blend the carrot, celery, orange and apple together until liquefied.
2. Shave or grate some ginger root into the juice and add some ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
3. Add more ice if you want a smoother texture.
