The Sanderson has scattered garden gazebos and green shrubs over the 2-acres Landscaped Linear Park and has preserved the existing trees for a more natural environment. The Sanderson comprises of 376 units set within three blocks: the 19-storey Sanderson Homes, 16-storey Sanderson Suites and 5-storey Sanderson Villas. The Sanderson Homes offers four layout configurations for home owners to choose from, with typical unit sizes ranging from 1,480sq.ft to 1,550sq.ft, and Penthouse units at 3,370sq.ft. Following this, The Sanderson Suites has been designed with young working professionals in mind and in so doing, offer three types of layout at 900sq.ft. Finally, the Sanderson Villas offer families a picturesque view of the Linear Park, spacious living and exclusivity of a private enclave.
