The term modern contemporary has been over used but in this case it is a perfect fit.

With a simple combination of colours and lighting, this terrace house looks flawless to the brim. I am not one to blow my own horn, but Edwin Cassain from Fix Interior has cleverly selected items that reflect masculinity, yet the result is a classic portrayal of elegance.

As one enters the hall – there is no contest to the fact that your attention would be drawn to the robust wall installations by Maxim Wallpaper and Soophen. Equally arresting is the gorgeous jet-black side table from Red Apple Design, decorated with a silver showpiece that does not fight for your attention but instead it gels up the whole design.

Positioned adjacent to the living sphere and situated next to the breakfast table is the dining table from Timeless Design. The space above these two combinations is tastefully embellished with glamorous pendant lights. The sitting place can fit a party of guests. As you walk into the heart of the home, the kitchen, you’ll notice that the cabinets are fitted with mirrors that give the illusion of a wider and laundered area.

未走进屋里，就先被屋外复古的黑色铁闸及藤制的吊椅吸引着。屋外的设计，令人感觉到主人是希望营造悠闲恬静的氛围。单靠外观又令人想进一步探讨屋内的情形， 期待着迎接更多惊喜。

果然，一踏入门口，首先被墙面的设计震撼着了。仿石壁的电视主墙既壮观却也意外地为空间带来安详静谧的情绪。而悬吊在客厅中央的太空椅则营造了强烈的视觉效果，悬吊在上就好比漂浮于空气中的气泡，为环境增加了一些梦幻感。楼梯旁的墙壁一面倒地采用了黄色图腾墙纸，一气呵成延伸到厨房及三楼，在视觉上有加长了空间效果。

客厅里的摆设可以用琳琅满目来形容。 1956年面市的古典休闲椅Eames Lounge Chair, 复古的折凳， 设计新颖的灯饰以及富时代感的沙发，令人宛如处于时光隧道，穿梭时空。 移步厨房及饭厅，风格就比较贯彻采用富时代感的设计 。餐桌椅的设计虽不至于令人惊叹但简约的线条却不失设计师的风格。
