This five-story townhouse on San Francisco’s famed Lombard street is a modern masterpiece. Described as, “a clean, modern design with color and character to serve as a weekend getaway in the heart of San Francisco” by designer Mark Tracy, each level is unique, with its own distinct feel. As the weekend creeps up, the most amazing parties will be hosted in the first and second floors as they open to a dance-club-like party area with a steel catwalk with glass flooring, 160” retractable movie screen, RGB LED dance club lighting, and fifteen squares of custom art and mirrors that float up the walls and ceiling. Moving up, the owner finds sanctuary in the third floor which hosts the master bedroom and bath while Scavolini cabinets adorn the modern kitchen on the fourth floor. On the fifth floor, be wowed by the  custom HZL Henzel rug or bask in the gorgeous view which is Alcatraz and the bay.
