MF3: 3rd Time’s The Charm

The Malaysian Furniture & Furnishings Fair (MF3) is back bigger & better for the third year running so we caught up with President of KLSFEA and organizing Chairman of MF3 Richard L. J. Ko and Chief Operating Officer of KLSFEA Sally Liew to get the scoop what can be expected during the fair plus some great surprises thrown in.

Organized by the Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Furniture Entrepreneur Association (KLSFEA), the Malaysian Furniture & Furnishings Fair (MF3) celebrated the best of the industry with the biggest home furnishing fair in Malaysia. A major hit with the exhibitors, MF3 a variation of 160 booths – with even more on the waiting list.

“The objective to hold the event is to bring local retailers, suppliers and manufacturers who normally export their products to now introduce it to the local market. This is after all, a platform to promote their quality products and services,” explained Richard L. J. Ko.

Allowing Malaysians to enjoy export quality furniture with direct from factory prices, MF3 2010 will showcase a lot of international quality furniture as well as have great prizes to be given away to both buyers and mere visitors including handphones, laptops, microwaves, vacuums and the Grand prize for the Buy & Win contest will be a 4 wheel drive worth RM 90,000.00. This is by far the most luxurious prizes offered at a furniture and furnishing fair. With the best package deals as the main attraction, the MF3 promises to be the premier fair, inspiring creativity and innovation for home owners and exhibitors alike.

The free admission exhibition has also tied-up with the world batik council to design the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre foyer with batik designs, have worked alongside other manufacturers to create new elements with furniture pieces as well as showcase a batik fashion show on Saturday and Sunday, with a purpose of making the MF3 experience a truly enjoyable one for all visitors. Besides that Citibank has also tied-up to be MF3’s official bank partner to entitle all Citibank credit card users to two lucky draw vouchers when they spend a minimum of RM 500.00 in combined receipts throughout the duration of the exhibition.
