What type of products does your company offer?
Currently we offer various models or AireGard which are room ventilators that can be used in mainly residential or office environments and also KleenGard which is an in-sink food waste disposer.
What are your plans to educate the public about your products?
We have been actively taking actions to create exposure and awareness with HOMEDEC tradeshows, road shows across the country with our partnering dealers. We also create display tents for our dealers as it does prove to attract people’s attention and it’s easy to understand as you can see the concept is very simple.
What is the company’s motto?
Always hard work, that goes without saying. We also believe in a constant need to innovate and change things as change is good. Seeing the financial returns obviously strengthens success but above all, enjoying what we do to make a clean honest living is most important.
What are your branding and marketing strategies?
I believe in being very focused. Finding the product niches is important. The strength of our services has always been a cornerstone for the company as we are the only company that offers a three year warranty for our products as well as on site services. All the while we’ve had our focus on magazines but this year we’ve decided to go mainstream and get involved with the newspapers. At the moment we don’t have any plans to get an ambassador; we’re getting the message of the product out there first and let the products sell on its own.
Where can we find your product dealers?
We have many bathroom and kitchen accessory shops; dealers in both Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur; Living Quarters, Xammax, H Trends and many more. One of our services includes haste follow ups to any problems or complaints that our customers may have. Once a complaint is made to any of our dealers, they will then fax us the complaint sheet that we have provided and we will respond directly to the customer within 2 hours or receiving the complaint. Whereas the on site service will attend to the customers within 24 hours.
